Cooking Class - February 2009

Cook Kathy Fremes gives guest pastry chef Isabelle LeBlanc a hug for the huge success of her Chocolate Molten Cakes, which provided the grand finale to the Valentine's Day Cooking Class! We're hoping this talented woman returns for future classes. Special thanks to Will, her hubby and willing assistant.

Cooking Class - Menu Memories

The Menu:  Infused oils—create your own to take home and share with your valentines.
Cheater Chowder:  Fall for this fraud…it’s disarmingly charming but so delicious you’ll think we’ve been boiling lobsters all day. Cleanse with a quick dip of Sorbet swimming in Champagne.
Tandoori Chicken:  Grilled to perfection, this dish is guaranteed to spice up your life.
Basmati Rice:  Perfumed rice with the exotic flavor of wild Spanish saffron! Say Si! Rainbow Grilled Peppers with toasted pine nuts in a bed of butternut lettuce.
And the Finale:  A Volcano of Dark Chocolate that is guaranted to satisfy!
